IT2000CE Online Process FTIR Analyzer
The IT2000CE enables continuous, rapid analysis of reaction
components—including residual reactants, products, intermediates,
and impurities—delivering real-time insights into reaction
kinetics. This capability allows for instantaneous prediction of
reaction rates, completion points, conversion efficiency, and
potential anomalies during chemical processes.
The IT2000CE is engineered to perform reliably across laboratory
research, pilot-scale testing, and full production settings. Its
advanced detection technology accurately analyzes dark or intensely
colored samples without color interference, while specialized
optics enable precise measurement of liquid components in
suspensions, unaffected by solid particulates. Built for demanding
conditions, the system maintains performance when exposed to
extreme temperatures, high pressures, and highly corrosive acidic
or alkaline solutions.
