The JINSP SR100N25 near-infrared spectrometer utilizes cutting-edge NIR technology to perform rapid, non-destructive detection of internal fruit components like sugars (Brix), acidity, and moisture content. This allows for objective quality assessment and grading directly on the packing line or in the field.


    The spectrometer’s high sensitivity and resolution, thanks to its cooled 512-pixel sensor, make it capable of detecting subtle spectral differences correlated with sugar levels.
